What is 3Beeez?
3Beeez is an AI-powered chat widget service that lets businesses deploy a branded AI assistant on their website. You upload your own knowledge — documents, website pages, PDFs, FAQs — and the widget answers visitor questions 24/7 based on that content.
How quickly can I get the chatbot live on my website?
Most customers are live the same day. Sign up, upload your knowledge, copy the one-line script tag from your portal, and paste it on your website. That is all it takes.
What content can I upload to train the bot?
You can upload website URLs, PDF documents, Word documents (.docx), and plain text notes. The bot learns from all of it and uses that knowledge to answer your visitors' questions accurately.
What kinds of businesses use 3Beeez?
Any business that gets repetitive questions from website visitors — product or services companies, e-commerce stores, SaaS providers, professional services firms, education providers, and more. If your customers ask questions your website already answers, 3Beeez can automate those replies.
Pricing and trial
How does the 15-day free trial work?
When you sign up, your account is active immediately with full access to all features. You are not charged until day 16. If you cancel any time during the trial, you will never be billed — no questions asked.
What are the pricing plans?
3Beeez offers two plans: Monthly at $49 per month, and Annual at $525 per year (which saves you $63 compared to paying monthly). Both plans include the same full feature set. You can start a free trial at 3beeez.com/purchase.
Can I switch between the monthly and annual plan?
Yes. You can change your plan from the portal. If you switch to annual, you will be billed the annual rate at your next renewal cycle.
My website domain has already completed a trial — can I get another one?
Each website domain is eligible for one free trial only, regardless of the email address used. This policy ensures the trial is available fairly to new customers. If your domain has previously been registered, your new subscription begins immediately with no trial period.
Installation and compatibility
Does the chat widget work on any website?
Yes. The widget is a single script tag that works on any platform — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or plain HTML. If your website can load a script, it can run the 3Beeez widget.
Will the chat widget slow down my website?
No. The script is loaded asynchronously, which means it has zero impact on your page load time or Core Web Vitals. The widget only initialises after your page has fully loaded.
What happens if 3Beeez experiences downtime?
If our servers are temporarily unavailable, the chat button simply does not appear on your site. Your website continues to work normally — no errors, no broken layouts. The async loading ensures 3Beeez can never break your page.
Does the widget work on mobile and tablets?
Yes. The widget is fully responsive and tested across all screen sizes and device types including iOS and Android browsers.
Security
Can the widget access my website's forms, passwords, or payment fields?
No. The widget runs inside an isolated iframe served from a separate origin (3beeez.com). Browser security — specifically the same-origin policy — makes it impossible for the iframe to read any form fields, passwords, cookies, or payment data on your website. The widget can only display its own chat interface.
Is the widget code safe to add to my website?
Yes. The widget is a small script that loads an iframe — a sandboxed environment completely separate from your site. It does not execute any code in your page's context. It cannot modify your content, intercept clicks, or access your users' data.
Is data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest on our servers. There are no unencrypted communication paths in the system.
What should I do if I suspect a security issue?
If you believe there has been a security incident involving your account, immediately pause or cancel your subscription through the portal, then email support@3beeez.com with the subject line 'Security Incident'. We will acknowledge and respond within one business day.
Is 3Beeez compliant with privacy regulations?
3Beeez is governed by Australian law and complies with the Australian Consumer Law. We implement commercially reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards. If you are subject to specific regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), review our Terms and contact support@3beeez.com to discuss your requirements before uploading regulated data.
Privacy and your data
What data does the chat widget collect from my visitors?
Only the text of chat conversations and, optionally, contact details that visitors voluntarily provide (name, email, phone) through the chat's lead capture form. The widget does not collect page content, browser history, form data from your website, or any personal device information.
Is my uploaded knowledge shared with other clients?
No. Your knowledge base is completely isolated to your account. Other 3Beeez clients cannot access your content, and your bot cannot access theirs. Data isolation is a core architectural principle, not an optional feature.
Is my data used to train shared AI models?
No. Your uploaded knowledge and your visitors' conversation data are never used to train shared or general-purpose AI models. Your content powers only your own chatbot.
Can 3Beeez staff read my customers' conversations?
No. 3Beeez personnel do not access or read individual client conversation data. The only exceptions are: investigating a security incident you have reported, complying with a lawful legal obligation, or with your explicit written consent.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
When you cancel, your chatbot is removed from your website immediately. Your knowledge base and conversation history remain accessible in read-only mode in the portal. If you want your data deleted, contact support@3beeez.com.
AI responses and accuracy
How accurate are the bot's answers?
The bot answers from your uploaded knowledge, so accuracy depends on the quality of the content you provide. Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge sources lead to better answers. The AI is designed to stay grounded in your content rather than inventing answers.
What happens if the bot does not know the answer?
If the bot cannot find a relevant answer in your knowledge base, it acknowledges this honestly rather than making something up. You can set an escalation message in your bot instructions — for example, directing the visitor to email your support team.
Can I improve or correct the bot's responses?
Yes. If you see a response you are not happy with, you can add a specific instruction in the 'Bot behaviour instructions' section of your portal. For example: 'Never describe us as suitable only for small businesses — we serve organisations of all sizes.' Changes take effect on the next conversation.
What languages does the AI support?
The AI can respond in multiple languages and will naturally match the language of the visitor's question. However, the quality of responses is highest when your uploaded knowledge is also in the same language as the visitor's questions.

Is there phone support?
3Beeez does not offer phone support. All support is provided through the AI chat on this website and via email at support@3beeez.com. The chat is available 24/7 and handles most questions instantly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your portal at 3beeez.com/portal, go to Quick Actions, and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is immediate — your chatbot is removed from your website and no further charges are made. You can cancel at any time.
Can I re-subscribe after cancelling?
Yes. You can purchase a new subscription at any time from 3beeez.com/purchase. Note that your domain's free trial has already been used, so the new subscription begins immediately without a trial period.
