Welcome to 3Beeez ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to or using the 3Beeez AI Chat Service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

3Beeez provides AI-powered chatbot services that enable businesses to deploy conversational AI assistants on websites and digital platforms using customer-provided knowledge sources, documents, and website content.

2. Subscription and Billing

  1. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  2. A 15-day free trial period is available to new customers. Each website domain is eligible for one free trial only, regardless of the email address used or any subsequent re-registrations. If a domain has previously been registered with 3Beeez — whether or not the original subscription was completed or canceled — no further trial period will be granted. Returning domains are placed on a paid plan immediately upon registration.
  3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  4. Customers may cancel at any time. Service access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  5. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

3. Customer Content and Ownership

  1. Customers retain ownership of all content, documents, files, and data uploaded to the Service.
  2. Customers grant 3Beeez a limited license to process, store, index, and use such content solely for providing the Service.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and use all content provided to the Service.

4. AI-Generated Responses

  1. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses.
  2. Customers acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for business, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory decisions.
  3. 3Beeez does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

5. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activities.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

6. Data Privacy and Security

  1. 3Beeez implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect customer data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest.
  2. Each customer's data — including uploaded knowledge sources, bot configuration, and visitor conversation history — is strictly isolated to that customer's account. No data is accessible to or shared with other 3Beeez customers.
  3. 3Beeez personnel do not access, read, or process individual customer conversation data except where explicitly required to investigate a security incident reported by the customer, to comply with a lawful legal obligation, or with the customer's express written consent.
  4. Customer data and conversation history are never used to train shared or general-purpose AI models. Knowledge sources uploaded by a customer are used solely to power that customer's own chatbot.
  5. Customers remain responsible for determining whether uploaded data contains sensitive, confidential, regulated, or personal information, and for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws prior to upload.
  6. In the event of a suspected security incident, customers should immediately pause or cancel their subscription via the portal and notify 3Beeez at support@3beeez.com with the subject line "Security Incident". 3Beeez will acknowledge and respond within one business day.

7. Service Availability

  1. While 3Beeez aims for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
  2. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
  3. 3Beeez may modify or improve the Service from time to time.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All software, technology, branding, logos, and proprietary materials associated with 3Beeez remain the property of 3Beeez.
  2. No ownership rights are transferred to customers except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. 3Beeez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  2. Total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.
  3. Customers assume responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3Beeez and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Customer-provided content.
  • Customer misuse of the Service.
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

11. Termination

3Beeez may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive activity, or present security risks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

If you are a consumer located in Australia, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which cannot be excluded by agreement.

If you are located in any other jurisdiction where mandatory local consumer protection, data privacy, or statutory rights apply, those rights shall apply to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

3Beeez reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
